Decide on a date for the instruction. Please include at least two alternate dates. All sessions will take place in the Library's classrooms unless other arrangements are requested.
Submit the form below at least 10 working days in advance. Demand for the room is heavy. Early requests have a greater chance of being confirmed.
Please fill out the form completely. Incomplete information will delay scheduling and confirmation of your request.
You will be contacted by e-mail or phone to confirm the date/time that you have requested or to schedule an alternate date.
