services: dual enrollment program.

Overview
The Dual Enrollment program is a cooperative venture between UNO and metropolitan area high schools. In selected schools, students in Advanced Placement classes may choose to receive college credit for the course by registering at UNO and paying a fee. High school Dual Enrollment faculty members are considered to be UNO adjunct faculty and will have regular faculty privileges at the library.

Library Accounts and Resource Access
A library account is automatically created for students and faculty based upon their active status.

Students and faculty will be provided their NU ID number from the Registrar's office by mail. If a student or faculty member loses their NU ID number, they must contact the Registrar's office in person with a valid ID to be able to get a replacement. The library cannot provide students or faculty with the NU ID number.

Materials Checkout and Resource Access Information
Since, dual-enrollment students and faculty are not issued a Mavcard ID, they must visit the Circulation Desk to obtain a "red" library card in order to check-out materials. Students and faculty will use their 8-digit NU ID number to access the library's electronic resources from off-campus.

Dual enrollment students may check out up to 20 items.
