The Government Documents Collection is located on the west side of the 1st Floor of the UNO Library. The documents are placed on open shelves or filed in self-service cabinets, and they are available whenever the library is open.

The Government Documents Librarian schedules appointments for research consultations, which may include orientation tours and instruction in the use of specialized documents indexes. You may reach the librarian at:

Library staff are stationed at the 1st Floor Service Desk whenever the library is open, and we are happy to assist with finding materials and using the microfilm/microfiche machines. During the Fall and Spring Semesters, the UNO Library is open during these hours:

Monday - Thursday: 7 AM - 11 PM
Friday: 7 AM - 5 PM
Saturday: 10 AM - 5 PM
Sunday: 12 Noon - 11 PM

Summer hours are similar but shorter in the evenings, and the library closes to observe several holidays each year.
